Needs a little time to open up. It goes beyond the stock passionfruit, citrus and tropical fruit flavors. This sauvignon, also, has hints of fresh ginger and jasmine. It will complement white fish or stand alone on a warm summers eve.

Straw-hued. Aromas and flavors of bell pepper, cream, grapefruit, grass, lemon zest, and pear. Medium-minus body and medium-high acidity. Pronounced citrus on the nose; whilst plush and supple on the palate with a balanced finish of zest and minerals. Well-made and easy-drinking. Bonus points for QPR.

This was an awesome fruit bomb. Ripe and juicy peaches, citrus and mango cut by mouth puckering acidity. Finishes with hints of dried herbs. Sometimes I feel Sauvignon Blanc can be hit or miss but I could not put this one down. The wine looks straw colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle.
