Colour: dark plum red Nose: plum, liqueured black cherry, cassis, blueberry. Dark cocoa, sweet spice, old oak. Fleshy black and blue fruit. Dried hay, especially in the empty glass. Palate: plum, liqueured black cherry, cassis, blueberry. Sweet spice, touch of bitter chocolate. Old oak. Rich, liqueured, lots of sweet fruit. Moderate fresh berry-like acidity; chunky, moderate drying tannins. Full bodied and fruity, but with a touch of savouriness. 14,5% alcohol, full bodied. Seal: screwcap.
