Caledonia Australis Pinot Noir Mount Macleod

Right in the drinking window here, a little bottle age and it's singing nicely. The nose has sous bois, rhubarb, raspberries, and an umami soy sauce thing happening. A little bit of oak discernible with vanilla and spiciness but this comes through more on the palate. It's a savoury affair in the mouth, some decent acidity and mild fine tannins.
