A delight. Essentially an orange wine field blend of a whole bunch of different grapes, with Pinot Blanc dominating. Complex on the nose with apricot, peach and a green, herbal note that reminded me of fresh peas from the pod. Black tea tannins, lemon and white pepper on the palate too. Would be interesting to see how this evolves.
