Nose with a clear smell of raspberry, and some light rhubarb. The palate is high on acid. Minerals. Flowers and stones. Aftertaste with tart berries. Clearly better and more harmonious on day two.

Medium salmon pink colour. Medium nose with rose petal, peach, strawberry, rhubarb and wet stone. Medium taste of peach, strawberry, water melon, rhubarb, lime, gooseberry and wet stone. Medium long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good and young Rosé based on Pinot Noir. Needed 15 min in a Pinot Noir glass to open up. Drink now or over the next year. Goes well with poultry or salads.
