A soft, slightly acidic petit Chablis with a bit of depth and texture. Acessible and likely a crowd pleaser. At $18+ from Garagiste, no complaints.

This an excellent match to a delicate fish dinner. The acidity was sprinkling lemon on my fish, and the fruit was present in the balanced wine. Really like this style of chard. Cheers!

Tasted at 12C (~54F), No decanting or aeration. Appearance: Pale; straw-lemon colored. Perfectly clear. Nose: Medium intensity. Primary aromas of unripe pear, fresh lemon, a kiss of honeydew, and the echo of peach. Secondary aromas are very difficult to discern, some bakers spice and vanilla shine through, though very lightly. Les Portes d'Or de la Bourgogne - Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Chablis France) : Walk around tasting. Simple but so well balanced and harmonious, this is very fun now with sneaky good length.

Opened not decanted and served chilled. Straw in color. Lemon lime attack; medium weight in body; crisp and sour with a touch of sweetness on a tongue coating finish. Good to Very Good.
