Peut-être encore un peu trop jeune lors de la dégustation, il manquait d'expression.

Belle note de confiture. Légère maturation. Vraiment intéressant et gourmand.

Good quality for the price point. Dried prunes, and fresh scents on the nose. Some leather too. On the palate, red berries more on the ripe side and eucalyptus. The flavour persist, but not a complex wine. The tannins are quite pronounced even for a 9 year old wine. Acidity is balanced at this point.

The super group project. Does have the touch of green notes but mild in and in harmony. Not defined by it. And done in a good way. Kirsch, smooth and supple. Really going great right now. Darn.

Gang of 4 in Covid19 times; South America (@ RW) : Vanilla, sweet spices, red berries, cherries, oak and cedar. On the palate a fresh start with red berries, a firm amount of fresh acidity and mild tannin with an ok bite.

Great QPR on this Chilean gem! I’ve never tasted a Cab so fresh - from the beautiful red fruit, to the acidity, to the gentle tannins. On first opening, it was a little tight - exhibiting more earth and leather than anything. Medium bodied, a little funky and vegetal on the nose. Within 25 minutes it opened up and that great cab fruit started to show. And two days later, it was just starting to fade. Considering the lack of …

This is an herbal Cab, as much red fruits as black. Is there a touch of green? Maybe. This is a food wine, it's a little too high acid etc on it's own. But with dinner it is quite pleasant, and a decent value at $16.
