Good everyday Cremant. Derek's

Good stuff. great for the price

Bubble Tasting - NYC- Wine Berserkers and Co. (New York City) : For the price, it’s a good value. Persimmon and unwashed mushroom adding some complexity to nose; otherwise, plain Jane apples and citrus touch.

TT WeinFest 4 : Straw yellow, citrus, orange and grapefruit smell. In the glass not a lot of bubbles, but when tasting the bubbles appear.

Bright lemon and sourdough bread on the nose. Nice, round palate, showing a good balance of yeast and fruit. Excellent value at $25.

Très légèrement bouchonnée, indétectable au départ, mais avec le réchauffement et l'aération ça se gâtait en arrivant à la fin. Dommage...

Found this at Costco for $12 a bottle. Read the CT reviews and decided to give it a try. Sure glad that l did! Brioche, citrus, yeast and toast flavor notes. A real surprise, this sparkler punches far above it's price point. As good or better than $30/btl sparkling wines.

Encore une fois, merci de nous régaler Mme. Manciat. À l'apéro, avec des rillettes de crabe sur craquelins Carr's, c'était divin.

Yellow apples, green apples, some very light toast Quite full bodied. Some sourness on finish offset by good dosage Dry, but closer to off dry than bone dry Very good length

Aromas of ripe yellow apples, golden delicious apples, yellow pear, candied ginger and honey, white flowers. I also detected some subtle black fruits. Very floral and very fruity. Medium autolytic notes of croissant. Medium+ intensity on the nose Medium+ body, with rounded rather than sharp acidity in the mouth Excellent length Dry to slightly off-dry As far as sparkling wines go, this would pair very nicely with food (from oysters to cream-based dishes to poultry or sweetbreads).

Great QPR, $13 at Costco. First cremant I've had from burgundy and really enjoyed, better than much more expensive champagnes, prefer to the Kirkland champagne at $20 and that is great value as well. Deep gold, some citrus and almost buttery note on nose. Palate adds some pleasant yeasty notes. Bubbles very fine. I have one more bottle but wish I'd bought a lot more.

Une très belle bulle fine et régulière. On voit que la seconde fermatention en bouteille a fait un excellent boulot. Nous avons donc un crémant sec de bonne qualité sur des notes floral et de melon. Rien à reprocher à ce produit.

Claude Manciat Cremant de Bourgogne NV: Sourced from the neighboring villages of Pouilly-Fuisse. This is a blend of 1/3 each; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Aligoté. Nice yeast and baked bread notes in the nose. This is a deliciously, fruity and rich Cremant; fruits flavors of apple and melon with chalky aspects and a crisp, clean finish. A Go-to bubbly with friends. Very unique, very different, and ALWAYS a favorite.

Superbe Crémant qui ajoute du Gamay (20) et de l'Aligoté (20) aux traditionnels Chardonnay (30) et Pinot Noir (30). Pas trop dosé, ce vin à la bulle fine est assez vif, frais et tellement agréable. D'une maison qui fait aussi un superbe Pouilly-Fuissé, on croirait reconnaître le petit côté mielleux/cire d'abeille de ce dernier en finale. À 24,95$, c'est acheter à coup de 6!
