Signé Pinot Noir Bourgogne

A brand from the cooperative in Buxy. They’re a solid producer, and the 2021 is a well made wine, clean and pure, with moderate alcohol (12.5% ABV) and nice (albeit slightly lactic) fruit, a hint of flowers, nice freshness and mild tannins, lovely balance, nothing off.
