Domaine A.-F. Gros Gevrey-Chambertin

Bottle breathe for 30 min, and decent for another 30 min to remove the SO2 in this young bottle. Double decant, and pour into glass in restaurant. It took another 1 hour to open up with scent of raspberry, loads of other red fruit and some flower. Simple and powerful with spice and long finishing. Fully opened up after 1h 20 min with full body structure. Nice to drink now, and could wait for another few years
