This wine clearly got lost in the wine cellar, where it has lived for at least 6-7 years. While starting to show its age, it made for a beautiful pairing with a simple fruit tart. The fresh peach aroma is rich and fresh. What else can you ask for here?

An afternoon at Bartlett Winery in Maine (Gouldsboro, Maine) : In the glass this is a very pale yellow with a light hint of peach at the core and a clear rim. Scents of crusted peach cobbler fresh from the oven are the most prominent with a light hint of banana lingering in the background. Perhaps a little over the hill. Light peach nose but'th0o sweet it has a slight tang like peaches that are just starting to turn.
