Wow, this is extremely racy and energetic, with a powerful lemon-lime nose, and a palate that is lean, saline, and mineral-forward, streaked with citrus and herbs. The sweetness is felt more than tasted, perfectly balanced with the taut acidity. Really great stuff.

Very mineral driven nose with notes of peach, lemon, and stone fruit. Good acidity and a little lighter bodied on the palate with more stone fruit, citrus, and mineral notes. Good finish. Lovely wine with an especially nice and complex nose. The palate is perhaps lacking a bit behind, but that doesn't change how delicious this wine is.

Keller & Haart tasting (Concept Riesling, Düsseldorf, Germany) : Nicely balanced, but this suffered from being drunk next to the 2018 Keller Schubi. Which was just overall "more" Kabinett

not blind good Balance between sweetness and acidity, not too broad, elegant after one hour you feel the concentration and structure of the wine. For me as a not Kabi Lover nicely to drink. Maybe a touch too sweet in the late palate. 91

还是尖酸的风格, 比Goldtröpfchen 好一点。有点失望。

Made from vines planted in 1905 and only 9% alcohol. A truly explosive wine. With sensational balance of exotic fruit, minerals, and super-elegant acidity, the finish is super-long and really polished.

Couldn’t help but try one bottle before ageing the rest. Lots of raw material - quite intense peach, lime, pear notes, sherbet edge, a very clear slate feel. Held up fine across 2-3 days. I think leave for at least 10 years ****+

Nice flavors and aromas of peach, lime and rock salt. Good acidity. But there was something unbalanced... probably the first 9% abv wine I’ve ever had where I can say it seemed “alcoholic” / hot to me on the finish (not hugely so, but very noticeable for a riesling).

Good wine with good balance and not too sweet or big for a Kabinett. But this is definitely not in the same league as ‘15 vintage. Never really shows the details and energy of that vintage, but still is a decent drink. Good pairing with Dim Sum lunch.

The nose showed marine-influenced minerality with crushed stone, undergrowth, hints of young peach and lifting dried florals. On the palate, I found soft textures with ripe peach, yellow apple and hints of lemon with refreshing acidity. It finished clean with lasting ripe peach, minerals and hints of citrus rind.

Grippy with a very strong aciditic backbone. Bright fruit and mineral expressions but the exuberance of youth is almost overwhelming. I kept it open for a few days and stayed fairly taught.

The nose showed intense minerality with crushed stone, lime, and sweet florals. On the palate, I found soft textures with peach, apple and hints of lemon, sweet inner florals and refreshing acidity. It finished clean with lasting ripe peach and hints of citrus rind.
