First time trying Pilon, and note I have limited experience with Côte-Rôtie. Nose took 30ish minutes to fully open up. Blueberries, blackberries, slightly meaty. Stood out pretty fresh, mint feeling. Full mouth, without being too much. Med+ after taste. Beautiful wine, that will reward further aging. Don’t hesitate to crack one if you have multiples.
