Waitrose Syrah Cederberg Private Cellar

Very good value. Write a good likeness to a northern rhone. Still young though

Earthy nose with some clove spice, iodine. Not much fruint up front with I like but may dissuade others. Medium full on pallate. Rich and creamy mouth feel, well integrated oak. Medium bodied wine, more old world style syrah/Shiraz and not as big as a Rhone wine. Cherry fruit. Medium finish. Nice bottle. Average value I think but good wine.
