Château Croze de Pys Cahors Prestige

12/20 * * SAQ: 20$ VISUEL: rubis aux reflets fuchsia OLFACTIF: nez éthéré après 1h30 de carafe. Quelques notes de vanille, de bourbon et de fruit acide GUSTATIF: L'attaque est sur une acidité élevée. C'est vif et disons-le un peu énervé. Je ne reconnais pas le Cahors dans cette bouteille. ENSEMBLE: Ce 2005 a passé l'arme à gauche....pourtant le 2006 est absolument agréable à boire maintenant

Excellent Cahors, superb with cassoulet (Julia Child recipe) but perhaps could stand another year or two in the cellar.
