Totally my kind of wine! Very precise and beautiful acidity. Fruity and elegant style. Very naturally made, almost no sulphites added. Medium+ intense aromas of green apple, pear, green melon, lemon zest, tangerine, toast, white pepper, wet stone, sea salt.
