Azienda Agricola Losi Cavalier Tranquillo Bianco Toscana IGT

very pale straw, bordering on colourless, bubblegum nose, simple but clean and fresh, palate also clean and fresh, good cleansing acidity, dry, not a great deal of depth or flavour, a simple land wine, no pretensions but well made, reasonable QPR, interesting to try but having said that I would not buy again, there are just so many more interesting wines perhaps at a higher price - but then life is short
