Weekly tasting group RWP #284: Volcanic wines (@ PvdV) : Golden yellow. In the bouquet butter, brioche, a bit fat and slightly reductive. On the palate quite special, bruised apple, a firm amount of bitterness, good acidity and length. Full bodied and a bit fat. No score.
