12%. Deep rich gold, verging on light apricot. I kept this to see whether muscadet can be aged. I don't think the bottle was off, and there were no oxidative or sherry-ish notes. The cork was clean with no seepage. Needless to say, it had little in common with a clean, fresh, young muscadet. It had lost its primary flavours and was definitely in its tertiary phase. I think Barry Notes nailed this one. Straw colored. Very good typicity. Gained quite a bit of interest with air and as it came up to room temperature. Wonderful value.

PnP chilled. Clear, slight straw color. Not very familiar w/French Muscadet Tasted similar to CA Sav Blacn. Lets of citrus, fruit, tart, with the typical French accent of slate, chalk. Better with some air time and when it warmed up. Nothing off. Great value $12
