Drank over 3 hours. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of honeyed white flowers, citrus lime, clean slate, limestone minerality, almond nut oil, herbs, hint of smoke. Apple fruits with more air. Developing. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of rounded almond nut oil, cream peach, lemon custard, citrus green lime, herb, abundant limestone minerality, smoky flint. …

Still very fresh and fruit focussed - good acidity but somehow some soapy notes. Medium finish - maybe developes better but currently not my cup of tea

Nose: Herbal, subtle grassy and mineral nose with clean pear fruit. Palate was a bit creamy, with clean pear fruit , mineral came after with medium acidity, medium finished, a nice pinot blanc! Can enjoy now or age a few years.
