Decanted 30 mins; obvious skin contact; mead-like color, slightly hazy. Blinded it as '21 Greco di Tufo. Well farmed; ~3.5pH, SO2 not evident but thinking went into bottle at 25ish ppm free. Bone dry, but with penumbral fruit sweetness. Just hitting its stride after 2+ hours. Chalk, rosemary, wet limestone, beautifully fine and well-delineated tannins.
