Bright and ripe raspberries, redcurrant and plums with undertones of roasted bell peppers, star anise and cinnamon on a forward nose. No herbaceous notes. Juicy and spicy. Rich and lively at the same time. This young Cabernet is a fun wine for any party. Very pleasant and approachable, even if you are drinking it at white wine temperature. Straightforward and simple finish. Drink this while it is young as it does not have the structure for serious aging.
