Drank at Christmas Eve dinner. Nice wine. Fruit seemed muted. Two more bottles.

Served with an Thai peanut chicken salad. Clear silver in color. Clean and tight acidity. I would pair again with a moderately-spicy Asian dish. Other than its acidity and ability to compliment food, the most pronounced characteristic on the palate is a pleasant floral note. Fruit is muted, apple and melon principally. Initially had tasted a year ago at the winery. The wine, in my view, improved over its last year in the bottle.

Tasted at the winery in Paso Robles. Nose of citrus and whipping cream with a very slight hint of lanolin. Tastes of honeydew melon, mandarin orange, and a bit of honey on the backside. Another fine offering from TH Estates.
