Calatroni Pinot Nero Oltrepò Pavese

Twang was distracting in this bottle. But still, light and delicious and enjoyably easy to drink.

Opens with perfectly ripe strawberries that are extremely appealing. There's this slight Oregon Pinot Noir-esque twang that follows it up, that I consider a flaw for this wine, but once you get past that it's incredible how mouth-filling it is.
