Uncorked a few hours ahead but no decant. Bueatiful nose of sweet cherry, cinnamon spice, leather and a hint of tar. Find well integrated tannins. Great mouthfeel and finish. Red cherry, red plums, minerals with a certain dusty feel. Wotn for everyone. Might. Get better but it's singing now so I don't see any reason to wait. From my experience, I rather drink a wine and think--- this would be even better a few years from now, than to drink …

excellent - still young

Absolutely delicious now after an hour decant, served 18 degrees. Lovely freshness, gorgeous purity of red fruits, ripe tannins, all added up to a wonderfully moreish wine that was an excellent compliment to a lamb dish.

Vinen har et ganske tungt og intenst aromabilde – dette er bjørnen som går i hi for vinteren – og har pakket seg inn med mørke dype kirsebær, meget konsentrerte plommer, lett tørket frukt, kaffe, og med litt lær. Den ellers så flotte rosetonen er foreløpig satt litt på sidelinjen, og vinen trenger nok litt tid for få et mer harmonisert aromabilde. Bam. Hva treffer meg?! Double decanted and served. Nose has sweet red and black fruit, spice, oak and flowers. Palate is quite elegant and smooth but the finish is a bit short.
