Consistent with the bottle of eight months ago, it's enjoyable if not too memorable. I'd have preferred a bit more freshness, but still, it proved a good companion to food, and so there you go. I preferred this cooler as opposed to warmer (too warm and some banana notes came out that I could have done without). 13,5% abv., drink now. At $17, it's recommended https://www.ItalianWine.blog

Shockingly rich and complex. Med gold color. Nose had creme brûlée, pineapple and honey. Paired really well with cheeses. M was upset I had to pour a quarter cup into the risotto.

Robe doré assez dense. Nez exubérant, pêche, vanille, fleur d'oranger. En bouche, rondeur, pêche, melon miel, acidité modeste compensé par un peu d'amers. Bien fait.

Pear, white grape, some stone fruit maybe, some basil or other fresh herb, salty and a bit savory. A good, salty-mineral type Alto Adige Pinot Grigio; an archetypal entry level example in the style I like. Good value and I’m sure I’ll return to this wine regularly as a staple inexpensive food wine. Good with a standard carbonara. Good vintage, maybe a touch more fatty fruit than I’d like but that would probably be taken care of if I had …

A refined bouquet w. melons and peaches. On the palate, a firm body w. slightly over medium acidity combined w. some exotic notes give a creamy mouthfeel. The alcohol is a bit too pronounced. The finish is long. Drink.

Medium gold. Nose of lemons and pineapples. There is a slight soft honey and peach behind the razor-sharp acid. Lots of crushed gravel and other minerals in the finish. Very tasty.

PnP. Good varietal typicity, with freshly cut apple, some mineral, white flowers, etc. Avg length and complexity, with enough cut to keep it interesting; medium- body. Drink in the next few years. recommended http://www.italianwine.blog

I'm developing an affection for this producer's wines, though I have yet to rate one higher than 91. This wine displays strong peach and cantaloupe flavors over a backdrop of (as stated on the producer's website) freshly mown meadow and crushed rocks. Good concentration, clear personality.

First bottle of the new vintage and once again delightful. Clean, crisp light honey and lemon nose. The fruit is juicy and spicy, white peaches, citrus. Crisp, refreshing acidity, great balance. Finishes long and refreshing. Drink it now and for the next year or so, why wait?

Citrus and summer peaches on the nose. A lively zest in the palate of lemons and grapefruit. There were some tartrate crystal present, which noticed in the glass. The acidity makes this wine light and airy. Great for that hot summer day and very refreshing. Will drink again!!

A lot of green apple, both fresh and baked, ripe pinapple, and a bit of minty cool touch. Nice honeyed weight and thick grape innerskin fruit. Saline and round. Superb value.

straw towards gold color. A nose of lemon, citrus, white flowers, stony minerality and chalk. Nearly medium bodied, with a pleasant mouthfeel - but lacks the acidity I was expecting from this producer and this region. Naturally, the '07's are drinking a bit more fresh than this '06, but still, I was hoping for a bit more youthfulness than this displayed. Enjoyable with an herb baked chicken tossed with herbed noodles in olive oil. Drink now. 13% abv

consistent tn's. Paired with pan-fried Talapia. An average wine with a very short, unremarkable life. Approx $14

Flroal with apples and pears, fruity (mistakenly thought this was sweet) but balanced, tasted against Spellbound chardonnay and preferred the chardonnay
