Good, well balanced kabinett. Still fresh and young. Showing just a little sweeter and fuller on the finish. Drink over next few years to my taste.

Decanted. Now almost 3h later. Almost no aromas, however the palate is where this wine is at now. Tart apples, unripe pineapples, oozing with minerals, hint of honeysuckle, and herbs. Crystalline with a purity of flavors and towering acids. Perhaps has a hint of development. This wine drinks like a 4-5 yo wine rather than a 15 yo and if this wine is representative, it's aging at a glacial pace. Definitely wished I had some more. Has a long life …

11,5% alcohol. Relatively pale, light yellowish-green color. Somewhat restrained and perhaps a bit closed nose with light aromas of wool socks, lanolin, some honey and a hint of lemony citrus fruits. Although the nose suggests advanced age, the taste department does anything but: the wine is lively, youthful and crisp on the palate with medium body, pronounced steely minerality and intense, high-toned flavors of lemony citrus fruits, tart green apples, some wet stones and a hint of delicate floral undertones. …

The nose feels somewhat sweet and developed with aromas of wizened yellow fruits, some honey, subtle green tones of cucumber, a hint of stone dust minerality and a touch of yellow apple.
