평균은 가는와인 향보단 바디감 타닌에 집중하면 좋을듯하다

Ripe fruit, balanced acidity, not a one note flavor profile.

A bit more complex than most Pinot we drink: less fruit forward, a little raisiny but not overly sweet.

Not a fan. Not sure if it is the vintage, the blend (not sure what) or something else. Thin and uninteresting. Left half the bottle on the table.

Nice wine, enjoyable with brisket. Rather shallow, but smooth and pleasant with no sharp edges. 9/28/22 Another bottle, nothing there, just red: 88

Not near as good as I remember from the last time I had this wine. Was super sweet in the nose and very medicinal on the palate.

Restaurant purchase, decanted and enjoyed with food. Bright, deep ruby, medium plus bodied. Juicy, ripe blackberry, sweet cherry, and raspberry. Ready to drink now, or anytime over the next 3-5 years. Subtle structure and medium finish.

Napa Valley Zoom Tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Appearance is clear, deep intensity, ruby colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of violets, ripe dark red plums, blackberry, cocoa powder, milk chocolate oak. Youthful. On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, high alcohol (14.5%), soft plush high tannins, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of milky chocolate oak, cocoa powder, ripe dark red plums, blackberry, sweet spices. Simple medium+ finish. Ok quality. Nothing much going on but oak …

Excellent! Smooth tannins, rich blackberry flavor with long finish. Medium to high acidity. Slight note of bread dough. Deep ruby color. Fantastic from start to finish!

Decanted for 1 hour. Nothing too memorable, was honestly expecting a lot more. It had a good nose of red cherries and was slightly floral. Good acidity, short finish. Paired with hamburgers which I think worked well. Enjoyable buy nothing special considering the price. Drinks for a wine half the price.

Good - but not one to buy again. It was a light seemless Cab.

A wine with little character. It did improve slightly as it sat in the glass but overall I was not impressed. Had earlier vintage and remembered it being better. This just seemed to sit on the tongue with not much to say.

Dark crimson in color with red fruits and all-spice on the nose. Sour plum, cranberry and radish on the palette. The sour verges on slightly bitter. Medium legs, A smooth base, but thrown off a bit by the sour and acidity. Not really a fan.

Um. Old funky French wine, Not Stag's Leap Napa Cab. I know 2011 is a bad vintage, but we have enjoyed wonderful '11s from the great producers. This one is green eucalyptus aromas and a medium body with a short to medium finish. Yes, it was an easy drinking wine (if you don't enjoy the aromas), but overall, This is not the best Stag's Leap representation.

Had a glass of this on Valentine's Day at Grappa in Warwick, NY. I loved it, classic Napa Cab flavor. Maybe the best glass of wine I've ever had at a restaurant without spending over $15/glass. Found it in a wine store the next week. Drank the bottle over 3 nights. Wasn't as impressive this time, maybe the night and the dining experience added something for me initially. I still enjoyed it and will buy more, it should improve with …

PnP. Dark ruby color. Slow legs. Green bell pepper and blackberry nose. Concentrated black cherry, blackberry and vegetal palate. Very good balance. Soft texture. Medium finish. 13.0% ABV.

Zu dunkles Umgebungslicht um die Farbe bestimmen zu können. Nase fruchtig nach Weichseln und Vanille. Starker Holzeinsatz. Am Gaumen grüner Paprika, wieder Vanille und Weichseln. Mittlere Länge.
