1 out of just 12 of experimental cuvee of Tochi in 2018, tasted with Noma's Sommelier. PNP into Grassl Liberte glass (“Leaf” day): Medium golden to the eyes. Largely consistent with the previous tasting but this showed even better in my view this time - with the impression as a top "coteaux champenois". An incredible wine for the first vintage right after the construction of the winery. 95 point easy for me.

Harvested on 26 Oct, 2022 for Pinot Noir at 22.2Bx, pH 3.19 and Chardonnay at 21.4Bx, pH 3.22 at juice stage. Harvested on 21 Oct, 2022 for Sauvignon Blanc. 12.5% ABV. 77% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 3% Sauvignon Blanc. Special cuvee with only 12 bottles made and tasted with Noma's Head Sommelier.
