A lot of alcohol. Probably should have decanted at least an hour before starting to drink. Good strawberry taste with some tar. Very drinkable.

This was not good upon opening or even after first hour -- undrinkable. After a couple hors it came around -- kind of. Would think this is not past prime or bad bottle but less likely bad bottle as still had some flavor left.

Very nice Pinot -- almost tastes like there is a touch of syrah blended in with it

A very good and still somewhat young but nicely maturing Oregonian Willamette Valley pinot enjoyed earlier tonight at the first Hickory Wine Club tasting of the year. My #2 wine of a flite of 6, overall the group's #1 wine of the flite. Very smooth, well balanced, berry forward, medium bodied, great aftertaste, a great example of this type of wine with still further improvement with aging anticipated, my guess would be that this wine has at least 2-3 years …
