A meaty, minty, white pepper spiced Shiraz with a medium intensity nose. The medium-bodied palate has supple tannins with more peppery spice and meaty undertones in a savoury profile on the palate. Acids are fresh acids, while the juicy finish has very good length.

Nose of plum, anise and some hints of dark chocolate. Medium bodied with sharp tannic structure. Youthful dark cherry fruit forward and mid-palate with a slick mouthfeel. Short to medium length non-descript finish. Paired nicely with homemade rissoles. Has some potential for more complexity on the palate with a few years of cellaring, yet still drinking well now.
