Drinking fantastic. Lush strawberry, cedar, sweetened cocoa.

All the Good Things You Keep inside is the subterranean layer of macerated strawberries, raspberries, and mystery berries in your Dannon yogurt. The most interesting aromas and textures, maybe unnatural, somewhere between solid and runny. The fruit is ripe and plushy soft. Pours a brick red color. Wild strawberry, cedar, coffee, cocoa.

Fruit in nose has faded. Big, deep, stewed dark cherry profile in mouth. Not as interesting as previous bottle but does have bright acidity. Nice finish. Does not like to be very cool. Much better as it warms.

Medium color with thin pale red rim. Very fruity. Bright nose. Light, lively mouth feel with a profile suggesting carbonic maceration. Long finish of bright acidity over cherry. Very interesting!
