Pretty dark. Only 13% alcohol but initial nose was alcohol dominant. Blew off after 15 minutes. Modest nose. Sour cherry dominates to the point of being unpleasant. Gives the impression of wild teast gone bad. Much more together on day 2. The funkiness is mostly gone. Sour cherry still dom iij stes

Dark and opaque. Funky nose. Native yeast profile. Too much extraction. Imbalanced. Overly tannic. Very tart. Very young in profile but I can't see this coming together. Not in a happy place.

Dark color. Cloudy (unfined). Some funky initial nose which dissipated quickly. Sour cherry dominates the palate. Long sour finish. Young. Needs time to settle down.

Pretty dark, opaque, a touch cloudy - unfined. Moderate nose. Lively mouth feel. Tastes of whole cluster, carbonic maceration, and native yeast. Very young. Needs 2 to 4 years or more. Will be better once it mellows out a bit.
