Straight out of the bottle this was tight and unapproachable. I let it sit in my glass taking occasional sips and after an hour it opened up and drank what can best be described as "okay". Even though I prefer my wine well aged, most 2012 Pinot Noir's are bright and easy to drink when not seeking anything complicated. This was quite a disappointment for what I was expecting.
