Barbichette Wine Poc à Poc

Super aromatic wine with clear low-intervention vibes. Pear, lychee, nectarine, white flowers, fresh ginger, raw clove, apple cider vinegar, acetone, yeast. Beautiful fruit and nice acid, but the VA and yeast are a little too noticeable and making it shade into kombucha territory

Pretty nose with citrus blossom and slight fur. Good body , lighter acids. Nice white fruits and tapering finish. Nice.

Cloudy like melted butter. Smells like a field of daisies! Lechee, lemon, floral but not perfumey. I don’t usually enjoy Finger Lake wine, but this pleasantly surprised me!
