Domaine Casenobe Rivesaltes Blanc

Initial impressions on first opening the bottle: Raisins and brandy notes hit initially. Toasted orange peel and some mild rancio are distinctly there as well. Sweet, but not overly so, and mild acid. Overall well balanced, and reminds me of malvasia madeira or older tawny port.
