Delicious !! This bottle is really tasting great right now !! As expected and at peak !! The cork was remarkably perfect after over a decade in the bottle. I consumed this delicious Pinot Noir over two days. Dark ruby color with little to no oxidation, clarity was medium. Aromas of pomegranate, cranberry, fresh fig, violets, and black tea; flavors of black cherry, red fruit compote, rhubarb, glycerin, and marine soil with a medium to long finish. This age worthy …

I love Lynmar Pinot Noirs, but this was not what I expected as I taste through my 2010 Lynmar Pinot Noirs, it may be past peak, but may be just an off bottle, not bad, just not great. I will taste another soon to confirm. I have decided this was a flawed bottle, others since are fantastic The cork was perfect after over a decade in the bottle. This slightly out of balanced Pinot Noir was consumed over two days. …

Excellent Sonoma Pinot. Silky texture with dark cherry, light vanilla (in a good way) and more earthy terroir than most California Pinot.

Superb. Best Lynmar we've had. Drank over 2 days and it did not lose anything at all. Fresh, clean, with lots of red fruit and very good structure.

Very open and accessible despite no decant. Rich, multi-layered fruit and solid structure. This is complex yet easy to quaff too quickly.

Rich and full-bodied, with developed flavors of cherry, strawberry, and blackberry, with hint of red pepper and vanilla. Lovely balance and finish.

Still drinking well with lots of structure and fruit. We enjoyed the tobacco notes and spice under the strawberry and cherry notes.

Very rich and well balanced. Black fruit, cherry, cedar, and mineral notes. Should age well for several years.

Totally bummed that this was the last bottle we have in our cellar. This is such a yummy wine. It was great sipping by itself, but was off the hook with the Rudy's brisket that we had shipped in from Texas. AWESOME! I have found that pinots sourced from Freestone just have this wonderful and consistent marriage of big, explosive fruitiness with nice, bracing acidity (the acidity makes them great for pairing with a wide range of foods). Well done, …

Truly yummy. Big red fruit with nice underlying acidity. A bit of the forest floor, after aeration, but not like a classic burgundy. Just some really good drinking, by itself and with some hot tortilla soup. Nice on a cold Sunday night. I reiterate: it is at the peak, and given the fruit forward taste, we will drink our last two bottles in the next 6-12 months.

Popped and poured. Consistent with previous bottle. Compared to the Patricia Green pinot, this was a voluptuous effort but not over the top. Nose of raspberry, chocolate covered cherries, baking spices, a bit of red licorice and vanilla. Really pretty to smell. Similar flavors on the palate with a slightly candied red fruit profile and a touch of toasty oak. Raspberries definitely come through loud and clear. Good acidity and a silky smooth mouthfeel and long finish. Most agreed this …

better than bottle of 3/1/2013, seemed better integrated. Cherry and red raspberry playing with clove and cinnamon. Touch of cola on the finish.

Perfectly consistent with 11/15/13 notes. Really good. Big and fruit forward. Yummy! I'm pretty sure it's at its peak. Drink now or in next 6-18 months, at the latest.

It may be a bit of an oxymoron, but the Lynmar is a classic new world pinot: big, fruit forward, liquid candy. You just like drinking it. It's at its peak now, and we question whether it has the bones to last long. If you have any, drink now; don't count on further evolution. Really enjoy this. Night before, we had compared to the 2011 Dutton-Goldfield Freestone, which we liked better, particularly as more of a long term hold than …

Wow. Even drank out of plastic tumblers, this wine was rocking. No formal TN but this was just elegant, delicious pinot noir with candied red fruit and baking spices for days. Will enjoy my last bottle in the near term out of proper stemware.

Seemed a little early to open, nose wasn't giving much. Fruit flavors of dark cherry and kiwi, balanced with light spice and fine tannins. Lynmar consistently delivers wines of depth and balance, and this is no exception..needs a year, I think.

This was very good but needed time. As an experiment i let a glass full sit overnight in the bottle and AMAZING was the result. I am going to lay this down for a while and then open well before drinking
