Burgundy 2007 (Chez moi) : Quite dark, not so polished as usuallly with Meo, some spice, not so focused, maybe, quite rich � well done. On day 2, a little more bite complexity here, thank you.

Quite a restrained wine, focussed and a bit austere at times. The fruit is very much present but not rich in any way and its more of a mineral & linear in a way. Similarly the oak is really used with the lightest touch. A good wine but could have used a bit more depth and general palate presence. 91

Initial bright red fruit but quickly turns sour with great acidity. The nose is at least as interesting as the layers of flavor. Even though there is tons of flavor it is light on the pallet
