François Baur Riesling Brand

1st of 5 bottles. Pale lemon color. Intense nose of white flowers, nectarine, apricot, pear and quince. Velvety smooth texture with fine lees aging character. Round but not over-ripe or heavy. Acid keeps this fresh and light on its feet. Lingering finish which lasts well beyond the time it takes to want another sip. This is drinking well now, improving after some air exposure, and will continue to develop over the next 7+ years.
