Bertani wine dinner at Barbaracca, Godalming. Limited note taking. Not part of the tasting, but offered as an apéritif. Apply fresh aromas, foaming bubbles with a dry slightly herbal but clean finish of some weight. Well above the usual prosecco standard. Good with canapés.

Light straw color. Floral bouquet, apple blossom. Fruity taste with some citrus and mineral notes. Light bodied with nice effervescence. Paired very nicely before dinner with Camembert cheese and whole wheat crackers.
