Geyser Peak Uncensored

Sweeter than I like, not a great wine.

Fruit everywhere. Peach and strawberries with a hint of kiwi. Thin mouth feel that comes off a little lumpy. A little too busy at times and needs to be cold or a slightly harsh burn will percolate through. Had with fish and it holds up well but anything with acidity would turn this into a toxic mess. Fine for sipping before dinner or after the palate is cleansed.

Pale green tinged golden color with appealing honeysuckle, pear, apple and a bit of citrus and sweet spice aromas. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, medium-love acidity, and off-dry with a nice mouthfeel, and pear, apple, guava, and spice flavors. Medium-finish.

Nice drinking wine.
