2 hours of gentle air. Filet mignon (with peppercorn cream sauce) with potatoes daphinoise and a roasted beet salad with goat cheese. Perhaps a liitle too much air. Dry, dusty, with subtle blue-black fruits. Will do less air next time. Not as good as a few years ago. Drink up, I do not see this getting better.

Wow, this is delicious. Everything just right, with excellent flavours and complexity. The only place it falls down is intensity, would've been really great if they had dialed back the yield a titch. Drank over two nights. Best on night two, but not fantastic

Quite pure and linear with sweet cherry and strawberry notes. Makes me think this is 100% de stemmed, certainly regal enough to justify 1er status and will evolve i think from here as still quite primary after 9 years.

Started out quite heavy on raspberry and carbonic/mineral, then fattened out with a little air, becoming a lot smoother.

Lovely wine which is drinking now but clearly needs time. I think this wine punches above its price point and could be very good in a few more years

2 hour decant with roast duck. Very enjoyable. Will wait another year before trying another. I expect this to evolve into something even more enjoyable.
