We totally agree with astroman. Very balanced Champagne. Lots of taste and nice bright acidity. Grippy and long!

Base 2017, no dosage added, disgorged lot 170222. Tight initially but blossom with white flower, blossom, honey, cream, delicate on the palate with lots of stuffing at first. Lovely balance and good finish. A vinous kind of champagne to slowly savory through the night.

Had with cheese and charcuterie N apples, citrus, brioche, mineral P golden applies, almond, lemon, citrus, herb tea note, chalk and saline F long in length lots of acidity, good mouthfeel Overall a really nice bottle of bubbles from a producer I haven't had previously. 50+5+12+17+8

Blanc de Blancs Grapes sourced from a single parcel located on the highest slopes of Champagne (350m). At the moment more powerful, “baked” and complex on the nose, and more lean and tight on the tongue. Very elegant and delicious, but still very young and would benefit with more time in the cellar. Beautiful on the nose with aromas of Meyer lemon (especially the peel), some lemon fromage, yellow apple, ripe pear, persimmon, white tea leaves, hints of French Madeleines …
