Nivarius Rioja Blanco Finca la Nevera

Got my hands on this bad boy last week and had to Coravin a glass. A bunch of oak in the first whiff, more oaky vs Bourgogne however the green apple, apricot and gentle vanilla emerge with air. Palate-wise we have a nice crisp acidity (more than anticipated) but I find myself missing some tension. I’d say that this bottle is priced just right at 30€ - you get a wine worth 30€, no more no less.
