Caves des Hautes-Cotes Crémant de Bourgogne Prestige d'un Terroir

Pretty bright golden color, nose of apples and a bit of dough, quite full bodied and fruity but with excellent acidity. Not overly complex but very fine for a big party and a big hit with the guests. Very good and excellent QPR. Drink or hold.
