Partial malo, 10 months in barrel, only 5% new. Medium plus nose shows mango, apricot, dried lemon pith, white flowers, white pear, fresh pineapple. Palate gives rounder feel, lemon cleaner, green apple, white melon, wet stone, lemon curd. Medium alcohol, acidity, body. Nice general style, definitely not CA, not quite French either.

Christmas Tweet Up for Elgin Wines (2018) (Cape Town) : (Tasted Blind): Oak-y nose with sawdust and planks toward workshop wood. Lack much fruit and vitality and feels a touch funky. Length is fine but ends on a dry, woody component.
