Tightrope Riesling Fleet Road

I'm not sure if I'm being influenced by what I know, maybe blind I would've said something different, but this seems thin, stretched, lacking in aromatics and tough on the palate, as if the wine is offering a testament to the torturous life of the grapes that it was made from in this almost completely disastrous vintage. I can almost taste the suffering. Unhappy grapes, dour wine. It's not too bad, just not as good as this bottling typically is. …
