Alfons Mucha Sekt Demi Sec

This is (now) made by Schloss Wachenheim in one of its German factories. No indication of geographical origin of the grapes, would be weird if they were actually Moravian. Anywho. Greenish paaaale yellow body, lively carbonation, huge head gone quickly, as expected. Some mild fruity touches in the aroma, almost gummi bear levels but subdued, well integrated, vaguely honeyish, even vaguely oaky. Basically random white grape, lightly tart, not that much though.
