Château Soucherie Savennières Vendanges a la main

Cellar find! Pale gold, looks young. Nose hit me right as I opened it. Honeydew melon, pear and honey all over it. Bracing acidity, really makes the mouth water. A lot of honey on the finish. (Maybe that’s the age? Never opened a bottle young.) TBH maybe a little too much? Has aged well, but no rush either, drinking great.
