Right after opening: A lot of wood, very low acid and not much fruit, so a bit blunt. Needs air. I´ll wait till tomorrow and leave it in the fridge.

Second bottlenote consistent with first note. Needs air, so decant for 4+ hours. Super match with chicken breast in a cream estragon sauce.

Quite interesting, special style, very floral, rich, yellow spices. Alcohol quite prominent with a slightly warm alcoholic finnish. Low acidity makes it a little plump. Maybe suitable with chicken or veal in a creamy sauce?
